Our Globalscape EFT Cutover Service is designed to provide our clients with a dedicated Globalscape Certified consultant during their critical go-live or cut over event. Our consultant will work closely with your stakeholders every step of the way after the migration, and will provide an action plan for the cut over, along with a plan for rollback should any issue(s) arise. After your EFT cut over, we will continue to monitor your EFT system to ensure all EFT operations are running smoothly.

Cutover Service

$2,795.00 USD (Remote via Webex)
  • Review project scope to ensure all requirements are understood
    -Confirm roles and responsibilities of team members
    -Creation of schedule, and plan of detailed steps with dependencies
    -Confirm hardware, software, and environment readiness
    -Review risk assessment and mitigation plans
    -Validation of any deltas in configuration or files
    -Resync of deltas from old production config and files into new environment (if needed)
  • Ensure contingency and rollback plans are in place
    -Plan verification and monitoring
    -Schedule post-cutover review meeting
    -Consultant available for standby to CLIENT for One (1) Day after cut over event
    -Roll Back to previous EFT Environment (if needed)
