Expert Services Packages

Our Professional Expert Services offers consultation on your ongoing projects, reviews of closed support projects, and assistance in optimizing your solution’s implementation. Additionally, we provide essential training for your key users, saving valuable time for your busy IT staff.

With our Professional Expert Services packages, a dedicated certified consultant will be assigned to your organization’s point of contact. This consultant will conduct regular scheduled meetings and consult with you on ongoing projects, review any support issues, and assist in optimizing the implementation of your solution.

All DuvalleNet Expert Services packages provide the same foundational level of support and access. The differences between tiers are the number of hours, upgrade allowances, and additional services — not the quality of expertise. Every package includes:

  • A dedicated, certified Globalscape EFT consultant
  • Scheduled working sessions with your assigned consultant
  • Monthly Expert Services hours (allocated by tier)
  • Support for EFT Configuration and Administration
  • Assistance with automations and Advanced Workflows
  • Help with deployments, environment changes, and enhancements
  • Troubleshooting for support issues and operational questions
  • Guidance on best practices and platform optimization
  • Upgrade assistance and post-upgrade validation (upgrade count varies by tier)
  • Health Check services (included by tier)
  • Ongoing advisory support for day-to-day EFT operations
  • Architectural Diagram & Solution Architect Review
