  • Project Management
  • Installation Includes the Following:
        -Globalscape versions 7.x to 8.2.x
        -Migration of up to 6 Sites
        -Installation and setup of HA cluster nodes (maximum 4 nodes) 
        -Installation and setup of all customer owned EFT Modules
        -Installation and setup of DMZ Gateways (If client has purchased module)
  • Migration Includes:
        -Server Settings, Site Settings, PGP Keys, SSH & SSL Keys, Virtual Folders, Users and Permissions (Except for Active Directory sites), Custom Commands, Advanced Workflows, Event Rules, Connection Profiles, DMZ Gateway settings.
  • Configuration Includes:
        -Re-Configuration of new file storage path for HA configuration for Site Roots, Advanced Workflows, Event Rules, Virtual Folders, Custom Commands.
        -Web Transfer Client branding (WTC) 
        -DR failover testing ( If cluster configured as HA with DR failover)
  • Validation and Testing of Protocols, and Auditing
        -Troubleshoot EFT configuration issues as related to the quickstart installation.
        -Installation documentation
  • The Following Items have Additional Costs:
        -Migration from Globalscape version 6.x - Additional $700.00 USD
        -Migration more than 6 Sites - Each additional site $500.00 USD

  • Migration Includes:

  • Migrating from either MoveIT or GoAnywhere can be expertly accomplished by Duvalle.Net. The migration process from either platform begins with the Platform Migration Assessment service.
  • This Assessment Includes the Following:
        -Planning and Analysis Sessions
        -Review system (OS) and current platform settings
        -Review current Users/Protocols
        -Assess complexity of current Automations/Workflows
        -Analyze patterns and flows of transfers for possible simplification/refactoring)
        -Review automation performance
        -Collect and Review system metrics
        -Analyze, identify, and provide recommendations for moving your platform configuration to Globalscape.
  • Deliverable:
        -Provide client with Platform Migration Assessment Report. This report will include the costs, timelines, efforts, associated with the migration to Globalscape.
        -Review with client findings and recommendations
